How accurate is the sky?
We use the same NASA/USNO ephemeris data professional astronomers rely on. Enter your date, time and place — the star field on your print is what was truly overhead, down to the arc-minute.
How long does it take to arrive?
Prints ship in 3–5 business days. Add 2–5 days for delivery inside the EU/US, longer for the rest of the world. Every order gets a tracking link.
What paper and frames do you use?
Archival matte paper (200 gsm) as standard, brushed aluminium for the metal option. Frames are solid FSC-certified wood in black, white, natural, and dark wood.
Can I preview before I buy?
Yes — the whole design tool is live. Move the map, change the style, write your own text. What you see on screen is what we print.
What if I'm not happy?
You have 30 days. Send us a photo, we'll reprint or refund — no forms, no fuss.
