Where we ship
We ship physical products worldwide. Digital downloads are delivered instantly to your account and by email after checkout, with no shipping cost.
Production time
All physical prints are made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before the item is dispatched. Larger canvases (above 60×90 cm / 24×36 in) may take an extra 1–2 days.

Postcards ship in a flat envelope without tracking; please allow extra time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free to all the countries we ship to.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be liable for import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees. These are not included in the price you pay us.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within the maximum window above plus 5 business days, contact hello@artsymap.com so we can open a carrier investigation.
Damaged or lost shipments
See our Return & Refund Policy for replacement and refund rules in case of damage in transit or lost parcels.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses; re-shipment is at the customer's cost.
